Devarapalli Prakash Rao got the Padma Shri Award. He is a tea seller/chaiwala and lives in cuttack. He is a social worker. He made his home as school and teaches poor children. He also donates uniform, biscuits, snacks, etc to students and patients in hospitals. Not only this, he also donates blood to people who are in need of it.
